The bulk of these recordings were made during an October weekend, in a farmhouse off route 10 just south of Summit, NY. “Smoke the Ocean” was written and recorded at Sgt. Pepper's on Fire Island, NY, and “$2.24 Gas” was created in a van on the way to get gas. “Waste My Time in the City” was built over time in an urban environment.
